Brief
To redesign a property guide for the Manchester based property company ‘Roger Hannah’.
Solution
The first problem I encountered was the large amount of images and type that had to be used, so I had to
design a layout that was able to fit this type on but not to be visually overpowering. Using the corporate
colours as stripes on the front cover instead of an image of the city made the guide a bit more contemporary
feel. For the page layouts, using a 5 column grid and a horizontal line which all the type and image falls from,
combined with the clean, white background which will allow it all to stand out while also adding stock photos of
close up shots of buildings that breaks up the pages.
